Let the Carnage Begin!

Yes, season III has begun! It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. The beginning of season III brought us a couple close games, a couple postponed games and a couple upsets. Rookie Coach Riley was christened with a loss but quickly avenged himself with a mark in the win collumn. Coach Patrick was unable to be with us, but reports say he has been drilling constantly and will be in full effect for next week's games, as well as his makeup games.

This game is arguably the best game played this weekend. Interviewed after the came, Coach Beaupre-a-witz was quoted as saying he had a gameplan of ball control and ball control is what he did. Using his ground game, the Cowboys were able to control the clock, taking the Jets completely out of their game early. A late Jet comeback was thwarted with just seconds left in the game.

A very close game, but in the end the Steelers were just too strong. Using a balanced attack from land and air, the Steelers put up just enough points to squeek ou thte victory. Time and time again, the "steel curtain" was able to hold back the air attack of the San Diego Chargers.
